I placed an order on 08/27/08, account was charged on 09/02/08,still have not received the product. Have made 5 calls so far, the last 4 times I called (within an 8 day period) their computers are still down so know one can help me. No one can refund,no one knows where my product is. I will never ever ever ever shop with these people again.Now I am supposed to wait for someone from the corporate office to call me back and have me repeat my story again. It looks as though now I will have to handle this through my credit card company. 128954c
