We were using Hydroderm for about 1 to 2 years and the credit card on file expired and when we tried to provide them with our new expiration date they told us we had to do it on line but their site was down. We called again and we were told to try on-line in a day or so. What is upsetting is that we really liked the product and we were spending around $120.00/month but Hydroderm's basic message to us was that they didn't want our business. I refuse to sign up again even though the value for the money is great. They will not be in business long if they continue to let great customers like us slip away. 12895d1
