Apr 29, 2008 Hydroderm complaint by Mitsuy |
Page 1 of 2 I never ordered or requested a trial of this product but I've been charged $5.95 in my credit card. I didn't know what this amount came from and I called my Bank to put it on dispute. Yesterday I realized that I've been charged for a trial of Hydroderm, a box of this product shown up at my door.
How did they get my credit card number and my personal information? I had to cancel my credit card since I'm afraid to be charged for other products that I've never bought. I noticed that everybody that had a problem with Hydroderm actually requested a trial... Does anybody had a problem like mine?

I received today two packages from Hydroderm of which i did not order. There were confirmation barcodes on the packages, of course i was not sent the bar codes for tracking from the Postal Service because the person doing this is using an email they made up . This could be something that the Postal Service inspectors could look into.

I make purchases at Amazon , id say the only place that i do make purchases is through Amazon. I made a purchase last week so most likely it could be someone there who took the info and is using it for their benefit.

I was charged on 6/23/2008 for two products, the first was from Hydroderm skin care in which i was charged $5.95 and $3.95. I called them on the phone and told them i did not order anything from their company, they gave me credit and told me i can keep their product when it arrives. The second company is Forex wire which is a foreign exchange trading company, they billed me $1.87 to cover shipping costs on a free cd they sent me, i told the operator i want my money back and she says to me it is only $1.87 and i said it is a $1.87 of my money not yours. I said send me a check , she replied we don't send checks out. I emailed them two times telling them to call me so i left my phone number on the email i sent them. When i told them i did not order the cd i asked who email you to send me this and she replied an email address which is not even mine. Most likely they will not call me so i will persist and call tommorow and demand to talk to someone who has a higher up in rank.
