How did they get my credit card number and my personal information? I had to cancel my credit card since I'm afraid to be charged for other products that I've never bought. I noticed that everybody that had a problem with Hydroderm actually requested a trial... Does anybody had a problem like mine? 1289790

3. Written by Bob on September 19, 2008 from boston, massachusetts, US I received two boxes of hydroderm unsolicited. I had never even heard of this crap. The CC is not mine the e-mail is phony. Only the name and address are correct. I threw both boxes strait in the trash. Probably toxic garbage made in china.
4. Written by Mitsuy on September 12, 2008 from lima, lima, PE Hello Everybody! I'm surprised that I'm not the only one who had this kind of problem.... Hydroderm wasn't the only fraudulent charge, after posting my first thread I realized I was charged by Blockbuster.Com 866-692-2789 TX Card 4381 for $10.59. I believe my CC and personal information were stolen from a website I bought some perfumes online, www.overstockperfume.com I would recommend buying online only in sites verified by Verisign or other secured websites. Now I'll be more cautious while buying online, I mean only Amazon, and big companies.

6. Written by Patti on September 3, 2008 from minneapolis, minnesota, US Was notified by bank of fraudulent activity on my debit card attached to my checking. On it were charges for Gray's Academy (TX), Blockbuster.com(TX), Fashion Bug (NV), XP Security Center(MOSCOW, RUSSIA) and Hydroderm (CA). I had seven charges from Hydroderm, four were 9.95 and five were 5.95 from stuff ranging from acne cream, to eye stuff. They had wrong last names and wrong telephone numbers on the boxes. I didn't order any of hydroderm's stuff. Disputed all. Removed the rogue spyware XP Security Center from my computer. Closed out debit card and checking account. Put on a fraud alert onto my credit report with all three companies, (initial fraud alert lasts 90 days) and went to the police department. Pissed off.. I use only Paypal on Ebay and once with Cook County, IL to order a copy of my birth cert off a government site. Wondering if my SS# is still okay and gonna use CCards only from now on. Watch debit card use! If you don't report it in two days to your bank. You could be responsible for what the thieves drain and any overdraft fees up to $500 worth. Debit liability is not like credit card where you only cough up $50 total on fraudulent charges. Beware and watch out. Minnesota origin point for me.
7. Written by Sweetface on August 14, 2008 from norfolk, virginia, US Ditto. Received a package yesterday for anti-cellulite cream. Was insulted, thinking someone was trying to tell me something - ha. Anyhoo, it had my name & address but an email that is not mine & when I called, they told me the last 4 digits of the cc they had on file and that's not mine either. They said to keep the product anyway. Weird!
8. Written by JoAnne Marshall on July 29, 2008 from yampa, colorado, US Somehow they generated a SECURE CREDIT CARD for me though PayPal and charged me $90.93 which overdrew my bank account and for stuff I never received or ordered BEWARE OF THIS COMPAY!!! ![]()
9. Written by Larry on July 9, 2008 from atlanta, georgia, US They got me too. On July 1, I was billed $5.95 by Hydroderm and on the same day $1.00 and $1.97 by GrantMaster. I canceled my debit card and filed a fraud claim with my bank. I called Hydroderm to tell them I was unhappy with their action. They told me that nothing else would be charged or sent and that I could keep the product. I didn't even call GrantMaster. I haven't been on any of the Girls Gone Wild sites , but I noticed Digital River in a previous post. I have bought software from them recently.
10. Written by Zome on June 28, 2008 from philadelphia, pennsylvania, US I received today two packages from Hydroderm of which i did not order. There were confirmation barcodes on the packages, of course i was not sent the bar codes for tracking from the Postal Service because the person doing this is using an email they made up . This could be something that the Postal Service inspectors could look into. ![]()
