Hydroderm complaint by Ourelmo

Hyrdromderm charged me after I returned the product. I broke out from it, sent it back, and they won't refund. I would like everyone to know how unethical and illegal their practices are. I left 5 messages in 2 days for a supervisor and was finally told they are none. What kind of bogus company is this. I have every intemtion of contacting a lawyer and just maybe 60 minutes. If you ever think about purchasing from them or more importantly getting a free demo...watch yourself. I believe it would be a mistake to deal with Hydroderm. I'm pissed

Hydroderm ripped me off too. They lie; said they would refund money they kept stealing from my bank account w/o permission if I returned product. I returned product, received no refund, and all subsequent inquiries ignored.
