Unable to get my refund back from hydroderm

the phone number is always busy

the website is not there

I am turning this one in to the better business bureau. They claim you will recieve a credit as soon as the product is recieved from them, but you cannot get ahold of anyone to find out anything.

I have waited on the phone for 20 minutes, and then I am disconnected. This is a scam and everyone should be aware of it.I have cancelled my credit card as well so that other withdrawls can't happen. I am mad as well.

I had the same problem but the site is now up. Their customer service rep gave a RMA number and asked me to put it on the front of the box. She said that the RMA was valid for 30 days and by writing it on the front would process quicker.  

 

The product has worked for some of my friends but it wasn't for me. When I called I was in a peeved mindset, but the rep was nice and allowed me to rant and carefully explained their process.

Comments on Hydroderm does not answer calls and there isn't a website.
