I sent for the "free" trial offer...did not like it...was not worth the money. Sent it back..followed all the directions..put ra on envelope, etc. THEY CHARGED MY CARD ANYWAY.. called...said they never received the product...hmmmm...thats funny, you sent me a confirmation for returned merchandise...and told me you would not charge me....asked to speak to a supervisor....would not connect me, but rep said my account would be credited within 72hrs...3 days later, no credit...called again DEMANDED to speak to supervisor....asked her why my account had not been credited..."mistake", but would be for sure.....5 days later...no credit...this is a scam ...I WILL be filing a complaint with Attorney General.....
