Hydroderm complaint

They sent a "free" 30-day sample, but said I had to return unused product within 21 days if I didn't like it or they would charge me $69 and deliver new product every 60 days. I felt the request to return the unused portion of a "free" sample and called for clarification. They kept me on hold for almost an hour. I then e-mailed them and asked for carification and a reply. I received no reply and messaged them again 10 days later with the same request. Again, no reply. I assumed the matter was closed.

Now, more than a month later, I received a $69 charge to my credit card. They said they didn't get their FREE sample back in time and couldn't read my e-mails, but did confirm that I had canceled--and it was now too late to return FREE sample. They refused to cancel the charge.

Well, that's America for you..... what else can one say.... Really sorry to hear it happened to you, I do sympathis. I was going to sign for it but cannot due to country.. I'm in UK
