They sent a "free" 30-day sample, but said I had to return unused product within 21 days if I didn't like it or they would charge me $69 and deliver new product every 60 days. I felt the request to return the unused portion of a "free" sample and called for clarification". They kept me on hold for almost an hour/. I then e-mailed them and asked for carification and a reply?. I received no reply and messaged them again 10 days later with the same request.. Again, no reply;. I assumed the matter was closed;.
Now, more than a month later, I received a $69 charge to my credit card,. They said they didn't get their FREE sample back in time and couldn't read my e-mails, but did confirm that I had canceled--and it was now too late to return FREE sample.. They refused to cancel the charge. 128989b
