I've been purchasing the product for years, and the last year or more has been just awful.

I never get email notices when product is shipped but of course, my credit card is charged every 2 month.

Now, I have been calling everyday, several times per day, and end up caller 19 no matter how long I'm on.

I like the product, but their customer care ***!

Now I don't have any product and know where it's coming from.

I thought being a company based in La La land and Beverly Hills, it would be a little more professional, but I guess I'm wrong. 12898d9
