Written by Jhon Doe on September 19, 2008 from vancouver, washington, US I used to work for them so I cannot give you guys my real name...If the CC info was stolen was by a third party or something like that ( maybe a hacker ). and to be quite honest the customer service is not that good however the people over there are really doing their best to help with the situation. Just remenber call them and tell them what happened, ask for you money back, do not tell them that you disputed the charges with you bank or something like that cause a policy over there will make it difficult to get you money ( I'm serious folks ). So just be nice and ask for a manager or imediate assistance and you will get it. don't give up and good luck. I don't work there anymore and I wish you guys good luck. |
| 2. Written by scared on August 20, 2008 from sioux falls, south dakota, US Okay, I just went to that site and am wondering a couple things. Did any of you actually fill out the form they provide? Then decided not to send it or is it looking through your machine and finding it somehow? And do you all have virus protection and stuff on your machines? I just went to the site and before I order anything, I always do a search to see if anyone else likes the product. Now I am scared to death that they have my info. So, if any of you can tell me how far in depth and such you went with their website, then I can start cancelling my stuff too! Thanks. |
| 3. Written by wtf!? on June 26, 2008 from phoenix, arizona, US The same thing just happened to me. I got home today, and there was a box at my door... addressed to "Calvin" and my last name. My first name does start with a C, but it's certainly not Calvin. I've never known a Calvin in my life. ANYWAY, I opened it, immediately called my mom, who I share a bank account with, and asked her if she's requested a free trial. Nope. And the credit card it was billed to was mine, anyway. So I went to their website, typed in the user name & password provided, and sure enough, my last name credit card & address. I am stumped. I've already gone to the bank to cancel my credit card, which is giong to be a goatf**k to deal with bills that come out on auto-pay. I am quite annoyed. I will be calling those scandalous jerks tomorrow to inform them that my bak has been alerted to fraudulent activity involving their company, and that if they ever send me anything, or charge me for anything ever again, charges will be filed. This is ridiculous. How can they do this to people? They are just preying on people to shove stuff to the side and will forget about their $80 charges coming out every 60 days... never mind the fact that no one ever even requested their crappy products. Best thing I can hope for coming out of this BS is that maybe I can sell this crap *NEW IN BOX* on eBay!!! :o) I should get something for the hassle, shouldn't I? ![]() |

Written by Simply me on June 8, 2008 from panorama city, california, US This happened to me too and my husband had a theory that somebody earns a small profit on signing other people up to things like this (this girl also signed me up for bookclubs, cuur trial, travel agencies etc.) but I don't know how they get your cc no. I called all the companies and they all told me to keep the products and said they would close my accounts. |
