Hydroderm complaint by Pija

Hydroderm is a big rip off. They lie; said they would refund money they kept stealing from my bank account w/o permission if I returned product. I returned product, received no refund, and all subsequent inquiries ignored. It was supposed to be a free sample with the only costs being shipping & handling. I emailed them advising that I would be returning the product but they started withdrawing money from my bank account anyway. After I was finally able to reach them via my only phone source (expensive emergency-use-only tracfone), they said they would refund money when I returned product. I promptly returned product, received no refund, and all subsequent inquries have been ignored. This makes them liar and thief!
