Hydroderm's toll free number is a ruse. I cannot provide a "transaction number" or "shipping number" from the shipment in order to return it legitimately. There are many numbers on the shipping envelope, but none of them work in its automated phone system. There is no live person to talk to about cancelling my order.
My credit card company has credited my account
from a February shipment that I returned, but Hydroderm has contested it, stating that I didn't get a "return authorization."
Hydroderm sent another shipment on March 28, 3 days after it charged my credit card. Again my credit card company has credited my account and I'll return the product.
I will now send Hydroderm a letter requesting to terminate the shipments and send a copy to my credit card company. 1289b1f
