I am also another victim of the scam that Hydroderm was playing. I have not been able to get my credit card credited. I returned a product that I never asked for and the Hydroderm people never credited my account plus they charged me extra for S&H. All my calls and emails to them have been ignored, and now I learned that they are not in business???

Is there any other person interested on pursuing legal action against them? Someone mentioned in another compliant about starting a class action against them. Has anyone contacted a lawyer to get guidance on the class action?

I would love to join if you are starting a class action lawsuit for them. They gave me the run around and I had to cancel my credit cards at a great expense to me. Plus they wanted the product back that I had already paid for, when I told them I no longer want them to ship out my monthly supply b/c it does not work
