While I actually was pleased with the results I received from using Hydroderm, I was NOT happy when they shipped me an EMPTY box. I called and called and called, it seems their
answering system would place you on hold and by the time you reached third or next in line it would disconnect you. Now I like to give people the
benefit of the doubt so I kept trying and after two weeks managed to talk to a 'real' person. I explained how upon receiving the box I thought it felt unusually light and how upon opening it discovered the box was empty. They apologized profusely and they promised a bottle would be sent.......the promised bottle never arrived, nor did they ever refund my money for that bottle. I do not like being lied too so of course I cancelled any future orders. I would be willing to add my name to a lawsuit simply because as far as I'm concerned they must not be legitimate if they have to scam the people by sending them empty containers, using a answering system that cuts you off after waiting for
long periods of time, and not refunding money owed or replacing the product. 1289d8c
