Hydroderm will NOT refund your money even though you return products.

Hydroderm complaint

I ordered a FREE trial of Hydroderm in February. They have since charged my bank account a total of $76.99 and will not return my money even though I have returned the products; however not per their precise instructions. They admitted they have received the returns, but because I did not pay to ship them back with a RMA#, I will not be refunded. That is their company policy. This is the only company I have EVER had this problem with, EXCEPT FOR AOL.

I argued with them for an hour about their unfair return policy and am reporting them to the BBB.

DO NOT order this product!!!!!!

Ive had many issues with them also. I had returned the product on two seperate occasions because they kept sending me the product and have yet to have the money returned and it's been two years
