More Hydroderm identy theft

Hydroderm complaint by Jumlucky

I noticed that on my checking account statement that there was a charge of 5.95 for hydroderm. I thought that it was something that my wife had ordered, but when I asked her she said that she new nothing about it. I then received a box of the hydroderm product. This company is getting peoples credit card numbers and shipping address from somewhere and sending out there product with no approval. I have canceled my credit card and notified my bank. I will not be shipping back the product since I never ordered it. I consider it a gift.

If this company is engaging in fraud, you need to notify your state's attorney general. Google your state name along with the words "attorney general" and "consumer." That should lead you to the number to call. Most AG offices take these situations very seriously.

I mostly place orders for a product through Amazon.com, so my last order was from Amazon, is it possible with all that information there that people's credit card were comprimised ? Does anyone here make purchases through Amazon ?

Same here. I notified them that the order was made with stolen info and all they did was send me an RMA number and address to ship it back to, sticking me with the return shipping if I ship it back.
