I have been unable to cancel shipments of hydroderm that are being sent to me and charged to my credit card. The phone number listed for customer service was answered by a recording saying they were not available at that time. On another try, I find it out of service. The return address is that of a shipping company. It is impossible to contact anyone.
Since they automatically ship and bill my credit card, I don't know what further to do. Please help stop this. 128a0f9

They mentioned Hydroderm has filed for Bankruptcy. They are no longer processing payments, but they did offer to credit my card. Contact your bank to have a "stop Payment" order for the amount and name. There may be a small fee, but it's worth not getting that $90.67 charge every two months!!!! Hydroderm has an "F" Better Business Bureau rating. BEWARE!!! |
| 4. Written by Brenda on December 20, 2008 from modesto, california, US I went to my bank today with the a complaint for the latest withdraw from Hydroderm. The money was withdrawn on 12/2 and I still have not recieved the product. (I was going to send back the shipment when it arrived and cancel my "membership". My bank was able to find the phone number for the people who manage the Hydroderm accounts. At this time, they said my account would be credited in 3 to 5 days. I will follow up and let you all know if I do get my money back. Goto your banks or credit card companies. They seem more willing to help. Good luck |
