Never got this product at all and it was taken out of my banking account can't send a picture of something I never received

I am a long time user of Hydroderm who is wondering what happened to the Patent that they had? It use to be on their bottle but when I received my last order it was not there, the ingredients were slightly different and the color was darker than normal.

What's going on?

I got caught in same scam. And it's only like total150 for 2 products.

And i paid 300 .I called my mastercard.sys it happens ALOT. She said call them and tell them no way ,they even got the number for me. She said when u complain that u ddnt know they refund you back some.I did that and order cancelled and I was refunded 100$ from 300 cost.

Free sample scams take you to a behind the scenes payment website like u are actually ordering. So when u complain u end up buying the 2 products outright and pay8ng for delivery.They r only refunding the part u got scammed on.

I ordered a sample and, much to my surprise, got charged over three hundred for two products. Since when does that constitute a 'sample?' It is just a whole lot of lies and fake testimonials.

Am NOT taking delivery and the PO is returning it for me. Whoever this scam artist is at Hydroderm, he/she can pay the return postage and I will call BBB and my lawyer. My bank would not stop payment! They, however knew what it was immediately!

I now think I will have to change the card.

To bad I was away when all this happened or I would have dealt with it in a more timely fashion. EM

Like the previous person I didn't like the product and couldn't find an address to return it to. Got charged $540.00 which I can't get back.

The manager suggested that if I return the product for a partial refund (offered 25%) they couldn't 'guarantee' they would receive the product even if I sent it by courier and I would get zero refund if that happened. What sharks! They should have their business license revoked.

They are a boiler shop operation with no moral code. Don't buy this product

I got the free product and decided I didn't want to subscribe. I was surprised when I got a new shipment the next month and my credit card had a charge of 125.00.

There is no contact information to be found to contact the company. Not good business in my view.

I was sent to a website by Kohl's online to take a survey for a free gift. I don't trust these offers and never have.

But I read customer reviews that you pay only $4.95 in shipping and handling and it's the truth! No more than that! Against my better judgment I did it. Got the samples and was subsequently billed $88.96 and $88.64 consecutively.

I called them 8 times between 2/15 and 4/14 and spoke with 8 different people including a supervisor. They all played the same game of feigned stupidity and apology, promising I'd have my refund. I even returned the product on their demand in order to get a refund. I was promised my refund all 8 times and was told it'd take between 24 hrs and 10 business days depending on which *** I talked to.

These scam artists had Indian accents and the background noise was so loud I had to repeat myself constantly. Looking back, not one thing about it was truly professional. Play it safe and just NEVER believe these promises of one small fee. It's all ***.

I am very cautious and aware and I still got taken for a fool. Oh, and the happy ending?...I called today for the ninth time to tell them my refund wasn't posted.

Both numbers are out of service. Guess I'm kissing $170 sweet goodbye.

I regret I fell into the trap of taking advantage of the free 1 bottle just by paying for the shipping. Just less than a month before I got the product, I was charge 89.95USD or 120.26Cad on my Visa card.

This is without me ordering from them. Folks don't fall into this trap ever like what happened to me. I am calling my credit card company to dispute this as this is a crystal clear fraud! The company will lure you with the freebie, then will steal money from you.

That's how bad they are.

When I phoned them their customer support was so rude, no intention of giving back the money they have stolen from me. So beware guys, don't fall into their trap!

Stealing money from accounts as I was not informed they would take ANYTHING from my account OTHER that the shipping for the trial. ..

Next month I had almost $300 missing from my account.Overstocking fees thru the roof. The rudest and most unhelpful service I have EVER encountered in my 50 years. I will tell everyone I know about this pathetic product and its unethical company. I am stunned Costco would support this discusting excuse for a company by letting them use Costcos name in the email.

Never been so frustrated and worn down. Stay away from this horrible product and company HYDRODERM!!!!!!!. I have been scammed and wish I had looked up the reviews.

Having been conned with this kind of offer before I was very careful when I ordered this FREE TRIAL. It said nothing about a monthly subscription so I gave them my credit card number to cover the shipping costs and now find out that they have billed me nearly $250 for the trial.

My credit card company were very helpful and I have been offered a full refund if I return the product to them, EVEN IF IT IS OPEN, giving them the tracking number. After they receive this number they will initiate my refund. I got a return address in Canada. I would recommend that anyone immediately contact there credit card company if they have the same issue.

My credit card company have all of the details and a recording of the conversation. The company were very polite to me but the credit card company were also on the line listening to the call and taking note that an e-mail confirming all that had been discusssed will follow. Hope this works out, but beware of these kinds of offers. Nothing is ever really free and I have learned a second lesson.

This kind of abuse has to stop.

Maybe the credit card companies could red flag these and issue a warning of a withdrawal from your account. I have always found they look after there customers.

I received the product and had decided not to suscribe to this product so I notified them and returned the unopened containers back to them (at my expense) and come my next months billing on credit card there was another full charge of the product (>125.00 canadian). Although I had the shipping tracking code of the return they refused to delete the charge on credit card.

So it seems that I paid for the free trial, S&H to return it back and another month supply that I never received.

It is apparent to me now that they go under different names and there is a whole network of scams. I learnt the hard way

Applied for free sample and paid postage for same via credit card. Subsequently had over $200 charged to my credit card.

Total rip off and upon phoning customer service was given total round advising initially that no refund would be forthcoming. My card was charged March 29/17 and March 30/17. Eventually after considerable argument I was informed that approximately 1/2 of the charges ONLY would be reversed on my credit card. He alleged that I signed up for the membership.

I signed nothing. I am unaware of any membership being offered and would not be have been interested in same. The person I dealt with was most insistent that I had signed a membership. The only reason I was interested in the product because Arlene Dickinson from Dragons Den was involved and I had trust in her.

Should not have apparently. This whole deal is a scam

This product is like putting milk on your face and does nothing for you. I don't wish to receive anymore and like another I don't know how to cancel as there is no where to do that

Any details on how to stop authorized payments? I might just cancel my card!

I didn't read the fine print and my bad for actually trusting a company with a known brand name. Any other information some one could give with details on phone numbers and addresses would be great! You would think we would learn. I am hoping my bank will value my business enough to just cancel this for me based on my years I have been with them and my spending habits.

I a hoping to contact Hydroderm in the morning to see if I can get this resolved. Nothing like being embarrassed for being trustful.

Hi, for all you people who have been scammed out of unauthorized funds coming out of your bank accounts for this product, the address is : P.O.box 66010 **** Wilson Ave Toronto, ON M3M 1G0 I found a phone number on the site and the guy gave me the return address. Obviously, it's a scam company because no return address...and...their returns are going to a post office box.

I called, they are ignorant people that you can't even talk to without them YELLING at you on the phone.

Please all, report this to your local area for scams. This company don't put return addresses....they will use whatever you pay the shipping with for a trial, etc.
