They said if i paid for shipping, we can get a "Free" sample.We noticed many bad reviews after paying for shipping so when we received the products, we didn't use them and we contacted the company to not continue charging us.
The lady over the phone rudely told me that it's a trial not a sample, yet on the site, it said sample. So when we wanted to return it, she wanted us to pay for shipping or else she'll have to charge us around 180$. She was giving us instructions but in a very rude manner. She sounded annoyed and was impatient when i asked her to repeat the numbers or address.
At the end of the call, i was going to ask her to repeat all the numbers just to make sure i heard everything correctly, BUT instead of repeating, she said, "uh excuse me but i can't help you all day, i have to go help other customers." and hung up the phone. The customer service is horrible.
She was rude and wasn't very kind.Would not support this company if it's ran by rude people.
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of hydroderm customer care from Hydroderm. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Hydroderm to "stop false advertising. find better customer service workers. they were so rude".
The most disappointing in user's experience was money not refunded and not clear at all and not authorized for second charge. Author liked the most trial order cancellation and no further shipping of any product. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
