I paid to have the FREE sample posted to my New Zealand address, didn't like the sticky feel to the product and posted it back to Milton Keynes with my reference number, but was dismayed to find when my Visa account arrived I had been debited another NZ$114.50 without

my permission. The email address given on their web site does not

operate and the one call I made to Edinburgh 0805080774 (one of their addresses at Buchanan Street) was unanswered. There have been no further debits, for which I am grateful, and I have learned a very

good lesson.

Product or Service Mentioned: Hydroderm Account.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $84.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Money back asap.

I didn't like: Money taken without permision, Having no way to contact supplier.
